Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TubShroom products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused TubShroom products securely in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
